Lemon Pepper Pappardelle Pasta and Sauteed Shrimp
This is a go to meal when you are short on time. It's so simple; it's so delicious.
Cook the pasta for 8 minutes in boiling water.
While the pasta is cooking, sautee the shrimp in 3 tablespoons of coconut oil, the juice of one lemon, and salt and pepper.
Mix the shrimp with the pasta and serve. It's really that simple!
